MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Phoenix New Media Limited (FENG)
Phoenix New Media Limited (FENG) has announced a 1-for-6 reverse stock split effective for Monday, May 23, 2022. On that date, the current FENG option class will change to FENG1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list FENG1 options. Therefore, no options on FENG will be available for trading on Monday, May 23, 2022.
Phoenix New Media Limited (FENG) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, May 24, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FENG will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, May 20, 2022.
