MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: BEST Inc. (BEST) and Leju Holdings Limited (LEJU)
BEST Inc. (BEST) and Leju Holdings Limited (LEJU) have announced reverse stock splits effective for Friday, May 20, 2022. On that date, the current BEST and LEJU option classes will change to BEST1 and LEJU1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list BEST1 or LEJU1 options. Therefore, no options on BEST and LEJU will be available for trading on Friday, May 20, 2022.
BEST Inc. (BEST) and Leju Holdings Limited (LEJU) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, May 23, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BEST and LEJU will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, May 19, 2022.
