MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Companhia Energetica de Minas Gerais-CEMIG (CIG) and SAP SE (SAP)
Companhia Energetica de Minas Gerais-CEMIG (CIG) and SAP SE (SAP) have announced Special Cash Dividends effective for Thursday, May 19, 2022. On that date, the current CIG and SAP option classes will change to CIG1 and SAP1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list CIG1 or SAP1 options. Therefore, no options on CIG and SAP will be available for trading on Thursday, May 19, 2022.
Companhia Energetica de Minas Gerais-CEMIG (CIG) and SAP SE (SAP) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, May 20, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CIG and SAP will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, May 18, 2022.
