U.S. Options

On May 11, 2022, the Securities and Exchange Commission suspended certain non-transaction fee changes for MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, and MIAX Emerald Options.  As a result, the below non-transaction fee changes that were refiled for May 1st effectiveness were rolled back on May 12, 2022:

1. 10Gb ULL connectivity on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, and MIAX Emerald Options,
2. Additional Limited Service MEI Ports on MIAX Options and MIAX Emerald Options,
3. cToM Data fees on MIAX Options and MIAX Emerald Options,
4. Full Service MEO Ports on MIAX Pearl Options

Non-Transaction items purchased or subscribed to:

• between May 1, 2022 to May 11, 2022 will receive the rates prior to suspension
• on or after May 12, 2022 will receive the roll-back rates as per the attached fee schedule.

Attached is a summary of the fees for each exchange which includes the rates prior to and after the suspensions.
