MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Rockwell Medical, Inc. (RMTI)
Rockwell Medical, Inc. (RMTI) has announced a reverse split effective for Friday, May 13, 2022. On that date, the current RMTI option class will change to RMTI1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list RMTI1 options. Therefore, no options on RMTI will be available for trading on Friday, May 13, 2022.
Rockwell Medical, Inc. (RMTI) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, May 16, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in RMTI will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, May 12, 2022.
