MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Dorian LPG Ltd. (LPG)
Dorian LPG Ltd. (LPG) has announced an Irregular Dividend effective for Friday, May 13, 2022. On that date, the current LPG option class will change to LPG1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list LPG1 options. Therefore, no options on LPG will be available for trading on Friday, May 13, 2022.
Dorian LPG Ltd. (LPG) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, May 16, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in LPG will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, May 12, 2022.
