Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options and MIAX Emerald Options for Symbol EVEX Effective Wednesday, May11, 2022

Eve Holding, Inc (“EVEX”) has transferred primary listing from the NASDAQ Stock Market to the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) effective Wednesday, May 11, 2022.

MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options and MIAX Emerald Options will use NYSE as the “market for the underlying security” for the purpose of Openings on the Exchange.
