Zanite Acquisition Corporation (ZNTE) will have a name and symbol change to Eve Holding, Inc. (EVEX) effective on Tuesday, May 10, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ZNTE will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, May 9, 2022.
NOTE: EVEX options will trade on Cloud 5 on the MIAX Options Exchange, and on cloud 3 on the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
