MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: TherapeuticsMD, Inc. (TXMD)
TherapeuticsMD, Inc. (TXMD) has announced a 1-for-50 reverse stock split effective for Monday, May 9, 2022. On that date, the current TXMD option class will change to TXMD1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list TXMD1 options. Therefore, no options on TXMD will be available for trading on Monday, May 9, 2022.
TherapeuticsMD, Inc. (TXMD) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, May 10, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in TXMD will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, May 6, 2022.
