Change to the Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options and MIAX Emerald Options for NuScale Power, LLC, Symbol SMR, (Formerly Spring Valley Acquisition Corp. Symbol SV), Effective Tuesday, May 3, 2022

Spring Valley Acquisition Corp. (“SV”) will have a name and symbol change to NuScale Power, LLC (“SMR”) effective Tuesday, May 3, 2022 and will transfer primary listing from the Nasdaq Capital Market to the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) effective Tuesday, May 3, 2022.
