MIAX Pearl Options Exchange - Experienced a Delay in Sending Outbound Clearing Trade Messages to OCC - Issue Resolved

Please be advised that MIAX Pearl Options Exchange experienced a delay in sending outbound trade messages to the OCC in symbols beginning with A through F beginning at 12:41 PM through 12:54 PM.  All pended trades were processed upon completion of the failover process.  Clearing trade updates via the Member Firm Portal (MFP) are available.

All trading systems are operating normally.
