MIAX Options Exchange and MIAX Pearl Options Exchange - Delisting of SPX FLOW, Inc. (FLOW)

SPX FLOW, Inc. (FLOW) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options Exchange and the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange effective on Wednesday, April 6, 2022.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX Options and MIAX Pearl order books in FLOW will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, April 5, 2022.
