MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Becton, Dickinson and Company (BDX)
Becton, Dickinson and Company (BDX) has announced a distribution effective for Friday, April 1, 2022. On that date, the current BDX option class will change to BDX1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list BDX1 options. Therefore, no options on BDX will be available for trading on Friday, April 1, 2022.
Becton, Dickinson and Company (BDX) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, April 4, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BDX will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, March 31, 2022.
