MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: W.R. Berkley Corporation (WRB)
W.R. Berkley Corporation (WRB) has announced a 3 for 2 stock split effective for Thursday, March 24, 2022. On that date, the current WRB option class will change to WRB1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list WRB1 options. Therefore, no options on WRB will be available for trading on Thursday, March 24, 2022.
W.R. Berkley Corporation (WRB) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, March 25, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in WRB will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, March 23, 2022.
