MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Huazhu Group Limited (HTHT)
Huazhu Group Limited (HTHT) has announced a Special Stock Dividend effective for Wednesday, March 23, 2022. On that date, the current HTHT option class will change to HTHT1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list HTHT1 options. Therefore, no options on HTHT will be available for trading on Wednesday, March 23, 2022.
Huazhu Group Limited (HTHT) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, March 24, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in HTHT will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, March 22, 2022.
