Name and Symbol Change and Change to the Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options and MIAX Emerald Options for Symbol BTNB (PGRU) Effective Friday, March 18, 2022

Bridgetown 2 Holdings Limited (“BTNB”) had a name and symbol change to PropertyGuru Group Limited (“PGRU”) and transferred primary listing from the NASDAQ Capital Markets to the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) effective Friday, March 18, 2022.

MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options and MIAX Emerald Options will use NYSE as the “market for the underlying security” for the purpose of Openings on the Exchange.
