MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert - American Financial Group, Inc. (AFG) and EOG Resources, Inc. (EOG)
American Financial Group, Inc. (AFG) and EOG Resources, Inc. (EOG) have both announced a cash distribution. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Monday, March 14, 2022. AFG and EOG options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AFG and EOG will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, March 11, 2022.
