Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options and MIAX Emerald Options for Symbol NXE Effective Friday, March 4, 2022

Nexgen Energy, LTD (“NXE”) transferred primary listing from the NYSE American Stock Exchange to the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) effective Friday, March 4, 2022.

MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options and MIAX Emerald Options will use NYSE as the “market for the underlying security” for the purpose of Openings on the Exchange.
