MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Nxt-ID, Inc. (NXTD) Name and Symbol Change to LogicMark, Inc. (LGMK)

Nxt-ID, Inc. (NXTD) will have a name and symbol change to LogicMark, Inc. (LGMK) effective on Wednesday, March 2, 2022. 

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in NXTD will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, March 1, 2022. 

NOTE: LGMK options will trade on Cloud 11 on the MIAX Options Exchange, and on cloud 5 on the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
