Change to the Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Exchanges for Rigetti Computing, Inc., Symbol RGTI, (Formerly Supernova Partners Acquisition Company II Ltd., Symbol SNII), Effective Wednesday, March 2, 2022

Supernova Partners Acquisition Company II Ltd. (“SNII”) will have a name and symbol change to Rigetti Computing, Inc. (“RGTI”) effective Wednesday, March 2, 2022 and will transfer primary listing from the New York Stock Exchange to the Nasdaq Capital Market (“NASDAQ”) effective Wednesday, March 2, 2022.
