MIAX Emerald Options Exchange - Delisting of Option Classes TGNA and TSEM

TEGNA Inc. (TGNA) and Tower Semiconductor Ltd. (TSEM) will be de-listed from the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange effective on Thursday, February 24, 2022.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX Emerald order book in TGNA and TSEM will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, February 23, 2022.
