Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options and MIAX Emerald Options for Symbol NOG Effective Thursday, February 17, 2022

Northern Oil & Gas, Inc. (“NOG”) will transfer primary listing from the NYSE American Stock Exchange to the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) effective Thursday, February 17, 2022.

MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options and MIAX Emerald Options will use NYSE as the “market for the underlying security” for the purpose of Openings on the Exchange.
