MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: SilverBox Engaged Merger Corporation I (SBEA) Name and Symbol Change to BRC Inc. (BRCC)

SilverBox Engaged Merger Corporation I (SBEA) will have a name and symbol change to BRC Inc. (BRCC) effective on Thursday, February 10, 2022. 

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SBEA will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, February 9, 2022. 

NOTE: BRCC options will trade on Cloud 2 on the MIAX Options Exchange, the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
