CITIC Capital Acquisition Corporation (CCAC) will have a name and symbol change to Quanergy Systems, Inc. (QNGY) effective on Wednesday, February 9, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CCAC will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, February 8, 2022.
NOTE: QNGY options will trade on Cloud 15 on the MIAX Options Exchange and on Cloud 7 on the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
