MIAX Emerald Options Exchange - February 1, 2022 Fee Changes

The MIAX Emerald Options Fee Schedule will be amended on February 1, 2022, pending filing with the SEC.

Complex Surcharge Modifications

  • MIAX Emerald Options will modify the Complex surcharge to $0.12 per contract which will apply to:
    • all Origins except for Priority Customer,
    • for all liquidity types, including under a Complex Order Auction that’s not cPRIME,
    • when trading against a Priority Customer Complex order,
    • in Penny and non-Penny classes
