MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Royal Dutch Shell plc Class A (RDSA) Name and Symbol Change to Shell plc (SHEL)
Royal Dutch Shell plc Class A (RDSA) has announced a simplification of its company share structure and a name and symbol change to Shell plc (SHEL) effective for Monday, January 31, 2022. No options on RDSA or SHEL will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange, and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, January 31, 2022.
Shell plc (SHEL) will begin trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange, and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, February 1, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in RDSA will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, January 28, 2022.
NOTE: SHEL options will trade on Cloud 16 on the MIAX Options Exchange and on Cloud 8 on the MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
