MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Zynex, Inc. (ZYXI)

Zynex, Inc. (ZYXI) has announced a Stock Dividend effective for Wednesday, January 5, 2022. On that date, the current ZYXI option class will change to ZYXI1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list ZYXI1 options. Therefore, no options on ZYXI will be available for trading on Wednesday, January 5, 2022. 

Zynex, Inc. (ZYXI) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, January 6, 2022.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ZYXI will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, January 4, 2022.
