Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options and MIAX Emerald Options for Symbol KNSL Effective Monday, January 03, 2022

Kinsal Capital Group Inc. (“KNSL”) will transfer primary listing from the NASDAQ Global Select Market to the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) effective Monday, January 03, 2022.

MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options and MIAX Emerald Options will use NYSE as the “market for the underlying security” for the purpose of Openings on the Exchange.
