MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: CNH Industrial N.V. (CNHI)
CNH Industrial N.V. (CNHI) has announced a distribution effective for Monday, January 3, 2022. On that date, the current CNHI option class will change to CNHI1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list CNHI1 options. Therefore, no options on CNHI will be available for trading on Monday, January 3, 2022.
CNH Industrial N.V. (CNHI) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, January 4, 2022.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CNHI will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, December 31, 2021.
