MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Vector Group Ltd. (VGR)
Vector Group Ltd. (VGR) has announced a distribution effective for Thursday, December 30, 2021. On that date, the current VGR option class will change to VGR1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list VGR1 options. Therefore, no options on VGR will be available for trading on Thursday, December 30, 2021.
Vector Group Ltd. (VGR) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, December 31, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in VGR will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, December 29, 2021.
