MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert - Capital Gains Distributions on Option Classes ARKG, ARKQ, KBA and KWEB

ARK Genomic Revolution ETF (ARKG), ARK Autonomous Technology & Robotics ETF (ARKQ), KraneShares Bosera MSCI China A Share ETF (KBA) and KraneShares CSI China Internet ETF (KWEB) have announced capital gains distrutions that will become effective on Wednesday, December 29, 2021. ARKG, ARKQ, KBA and KWEB options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
