MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert - Capital Gains Distribution on Option Class SSSS
SuRo Capital Corporation (SSSS) has announced a capital gains distribution that will become effective on Thursday, December 30, 2021. SSSS options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SSSS will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, December 29, 2021.
