MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: MoSys, Inc. (MOSY) Name and Symbol Change to Peraso, Inc. (PRSO)
MoSys, Inc. (MOSY) will have a name and symbol change to Peraso, Inc. (PRSO) effective on Monday, December 20, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in MOSY will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, December 17, 2021.
NOTE: PRSO options will trade on Cloud 14 on the MIAX Options Exchange and on Cloud 7 on the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
