MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert - PACCAR, Inc. (PCAR) and PDC Energy, Inc. (PDCE)
PACCAR, Inc. (PCAR) and PDC Energy, Inc. (PDCE) have announced Special Cash Dividends. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Thursday, December 16, 2021. PCAR and PDCE options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in PCAR and PDCE will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, December 15, 2021.
