MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert - Capital Gains Distributions on Option Classes CHAU, DFEN, DRN and TECL
Direxion Daily CSI 300 China A Share Bull 2X Shares (CHAU), Direxion Daily Aerospace & Defense Bull 3X Shares (DFEN), Direxion Daily MSCI Real Estate Bull 3X Shares (DRN), and Direxion Daily Technology Bull 3X Shares (TECL) have announced capital gains distrutions that will become effective on Thursday, December 9, 2021. CHAU, DFEN, DRN and TECL options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CHAU, DFEN, DRN and TECL will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, December 8, 2021.
