MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert - Tillys, Inc. (TLYS) and W.R. Berkley Corporation (WRB)
Tilly’s, Inc. (TLYS) and W.R. Berkley Corporation (WRB) have announced distributions. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Monday, December 6, 2021. TLYS and WRB options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in TLYS and WRB will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, December 3, 2021.
