Update- MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Dillards, Inc. (DDS)
Dillard’s, Inc. (DDS) has announced a Special Cash Dividend effective for Friday, November 26, 2021. On that date, the current DDS option class will change to DDS1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list DDS1 options. Therefore, no options on DDS will be available for trading on Friday, November 26, 2021.
Dillard’s, Inc. (DDS) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, November 29, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in DDS will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, November 24, 2021.
