MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: SuRo Capital Corporation (SSSS)
SuRo Capital Corporation (SSSS) has announced a dividend effective for Tuesday, November 16, 2021. On that date, the current SSSS option class will change to SSSS3. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list SSSS3 options. Therefore, no options on SSSS will be available for trading on Tuesday, November 16, 2021.
SuRo Capital Corporation (SSSS) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, November 17, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SSSS will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, November 15, 2021.
