MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: SGOCO Group, Ltd (SGOC) Name and Symbol Change to TROOPS, Inc. (TROO)
SGOCO Group, Ltd (SGOC) will have a name and symbol change to TROOPS, Inc. (TROO) effective on Tuesday, November 16, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SGOC will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, November 15, 2021.
NOTE: TROO options will trade on Cloud 17 on the MIAX Options Exchange and on Cloud 8 on the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
