MIAX Emerald Options - Issue Resolved - Matching Engine Cloud 9 (Symbol Range "U-V")

As previously announced in the 11:36 AM Alert, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange was halted in symbols beginning with U-V as of 11:25 AM and reopened at 11:45 AM.  Market Maker Firms are instructed to connect to the secondary MEI Matching Engine for Cloud 9.  All Market Data Feed (ToM, AIS, MOR & cToM) consumers should subscribe to the B Side.

All MIAX Options Exchange Trading Systems are currently up and operating normally.
