Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options and MIAX Emerald Options for Newly Listed Symbol HTZ Effective Monday, November 15, 2021

Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. ("HTZ") will start trading on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options and MIAX Emerald Options beginning Monday, November 15, 2021 and shall use the NASDAQ Global Select Market as the “market for the underlying security” for the purpose of Openings on the Exchange.
