MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Alliance Data Systems Corporation (ADS)
Alliance Data Systems Corporation (ADS) has announced a distribution effective for Monday, November 8, 2021. On that date, the current ADS option class will change to ADS1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list ADS1 options. Therefore, no options on ADS will be available for trading on Monday, November 8, 2021.
Alliance Data Systems Corporation (ADS) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, November 9, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ADS will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, November 5, 2021.
