MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: International Business Machines Corporation (IBM)
International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) has announced a distribution effective for Thursday, November 4, 2021. On that date, the current IBM option class will change to IBM1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list IBM1 options. Therefore, no options on IBM will be available for trading on Thursday, November 4, 2021.
International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, November 5, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in IBM will be canceled at the close of business on wednesday, November 3, 2021.
