MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Dell Technologies Inc. (DELL)
Dell Technologies Inc. (DELL) has announced a distribution effective for Tuesday, November 2, 2021. On that date, the current DELL option class will change to DELL1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list DELL1 options. Therefore, no options on DELL will be available for trading on Tuesday, November 2, 2021.
Dell Technologies Inc. (DELL) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, November 3, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in DELL will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, November 1, 2021.
