MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Laureate Education, Inc. (LAUR)
Laureate Education, Inc. (LAUR) has announced a distribution effective for Monday, November 1, 2021. On that date, the current LAUR option class will change to LAUR1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list LAUR1 options. Therefore, no options on LAUR will be available for trading on Monday, November 1, 2021.
Laureate Education, Inc. (LAUR) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, November 2, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in LAUR will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, October 29, 2021.
