Name Change and Change to the Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options and MIAX Emerald Options for VIH (BKKT) Effective Monday, October 18, 2021

VPC Impact Acquisitions Holdings (“VIH”) will have a name and symbol change to Bakkt Holdings, Inc. (“BKKT”) and will transfer primary listing from the NASDAQ Global Select Market to the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) effective Monday, October 18, 2021.
