MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: LSB Industries, Inc. (LXU)

LSB Industries, Inc. (LXU) has announced a Stock Dividend effective for Tuesday, October 12, 2021. On that date, the current LXU option class will change to LXU1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list LXU1 options. Therefore, no options on LXU will be available for trading on Tuesday, October 12, 2021. 

LSB Industries, Inc. (LXU) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, October 13, 2021.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in LXU will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, October 11, 2021.
