MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Macquarie Infrastructure Corporation (MIC)
Macquarie Infrastructure Corporation (MIC) has announced a distribution effective for Friday, October 8, 2021. On that date, the current MIC option class will change to MIC2. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list MIC2 options. Therefore, no options on MIC will be available for trading on Friday, October 8, 2021.
Macquarie Infrastructure Corporation (MIC) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, October 11, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in MIC will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, October 7, 2021.
