MIAX Options Exchange - Reminder: Notice of 10G ULL and 1G LL Network Updates and October 9, 2021 Testing
As previously announced in the September 2nd Alert, the MIAX Options Exchange will be making changes to the production 10G Ultra Low Latency (ULL) and 1G Low Latency (LL) extranet networks in NY4 the evening of Friday, October 8, 2021. This change will convert the current Active/Active port resiliency model to an Active/Passive model.
All firms with existing 1G LL and 10G ULL extranet connections to MIAX Options are encouraged to perform an access test through the application layer on Saturday, October 9, 2021 between 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM Eastern time.
