MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Rexnord Corporation (RXN) Distribution, Name and Symbol Change to Zurn Water Solutions Corporation (ZWS)
Rexnord Corporation (RXN) has announced a distribution and a name and symbol change effective for Tuesday, October 5, 2021. On this date, the current RXN option class will change to ZWS1 and its name and symbol will change to Zurn Water Solutions Corporation (ZWS). The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange, and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list ZWS1 options. Therefore, no options on RXN or ZWS1 will be available for trading on Tuesday, October 5, 2021.
Zurn Water Solutions Corporation (ZWS) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange, and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, October 6, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in RXN will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, October 4, 2021.
NOTE: ZWS options will trade on Cloud 21 on the MIAX Options Exchange and on Cloud 11 on the MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
